Our aluminum profiles are manufactured with the "roll forming" process by using painted bands. The durability of our profiles is increased by injecting polyurethane foam into them during the roll forming process. Aluminum profiles are generally manufactured with ventilation holes. If requested, a profile without holes is also available. The standard dimensions of 45 degree angled aluminum cans manufactured with the "roll forming" technique are given below.
5 different profiles are used in garage doors and shutters. SL 77 polyurethane aluminum, ST 77 puliurethane steel, SE 77 extrusion aluminum (with or without window polycarbonate glass), ST 56 polyurethane steel profiles. Our Shutter and Door profiles are made of aluminum or coated steel, filled with polyurethane foam of appropriate density.
